In order for the TEF Board to monitor and evaluate the success of the transit pass program, our partner organizations are required to submit quarterly reports that track distribution rates and passes remaining at their organization. In addition, the TEF transit passes are specially coded by CapMetro in order to track monthly ridership, i.e. the number of TEF-provided boardings within a month, and total ridership of the program.
